Ear seeds are tiny seeds (typically from the Vaccaria plant) or small metal pellets placed on specific points of the outer ear, held in place with small adhesive patches. Based on the principle that the ear contains a complete map of the body's acupoints, ear seeds provide continuous gentle stimulation between formal treatment sessions, extending the therapeutic effect of your acupuncture care.
